Do new clients need a meet-and-greet?Getting started
Link to this answerA complimentary initial meet-and-greet is generally expected unless Lauren personally approves a rare exception. Completing it does not automatically approve a booking.
What updates can I expect during care?Getting started
Link to this answerCuddle Crew Pet Care uses Precise Petcare to keep confirmed care organized. Depending on the service and confirmed care plan, clients may receive Pet Care Journals with visit notes and photos, review scheduled services and notifications, and use their client account for service-related communication. Exact update timing, photo count, and journal fields are not promised by this website.
What if I need care at short notice?Pricing
Link to this answerA daytime request made less than 24 hours before service may have a $10 per-visit charge. A same-day daytime request may instead have a $20 charge. An overnight request made less than 48 hours ahead may have a $25 per-night charge. These discretionary charges do not guarantee availability.
What is the cancellation policy?Policies
Link to this answerWritten cancellation and booking-change requests are received when Cuddle Crew Pet Care receives them.

Applicable holiday or peak-date treatment is identified before the affected booking is confirmed.
For genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, Cuddle Crew Pet Care may, at its discretion, reduce or waive a charge, issue a service credit, or provide another reasonable accommodation; an exception is not guaranteed.
The signed policy controls. Different booking-specific cancellation terms for an unusually long, high-value, or capacity-intensive booking apply only when disclosed and accepted before confirmation.
When is payment due?Pricing
Link to this answerUnless another arrangement is disclosed and agreed, payment is ordinarily due 72 hours before the first scheduled service. If a booking is confirmed inside that 72-hour window, the amount then due is ordinarily payable upon confirmation. A reservation payment may be required at confirmation; the booking-specific amount is shown in the quote, invoice, confirmation, or Precise Petcare, applies toward the balance, and is not automatically non-refundable. Any remaining balance is ordinarily due 72 hours before the first service unless another deadline is agreed. Payment deadlines and cancellation deadlines are separate, and payment does not by itself reserve dates or guarantee acceptance.
Which dates have holiday charges?Pricing
Link to this answerExact calendars are approved for 2026, 2027, and 2028, including each Christmas/New Year period through January 3 of the following year. The Holiday planning page lists every approved period. The charge is $15 per qualifying daytime arrival and $30 per qualifying Overnight or 24-hour period. Dates after January 3, 2029 remain inactive until separately approved.
What does a standard overnight include?Services
Link to this answerStandard Overnight Care is approximately 6 PM–8 AM. It bundles the core overnight stay but is not continuous presence or a 14-hour hourly service. Reasonable departures may occur when compatible with every pet’s disclosed maximum safe and comfortable alone time, feeding, elimination, medication, nighttime needs, behavior, and the confirmed care plan. Daytime care is separate. When booked for the same household in direct connection with the Overnight, Drop-Ins are $25/$23 for 30 minutes, $43/$40 for 60 minutes, and $61/$57 for 90 minutes (when recipients include a dog / when recipients are cats or ordinary small animals only). Dog Walks are $27, $45, or $63; Adventure Walk suitability review remains required.
How do multiple daytime visits work with Overnight Care?Pricing
Link to this answerEach qualifying daytime Service directly connected with the same Standard Overnight care period may use its approved linked rate; there is no arbitrary one-visit cap. Each separate visit is a separate Service and physical arrival, subject to welfare, schedule, route, and capacity review. A plan that varies by day is built precisely in Precise Petcare rather than forced into a repeated public estimate.
What if only one of my pets needs daytime care?Pricing
Link to this answerDaytime additional-pet pricing follows the pets actually receiving that Service. For example, a cat-only linked Drop-In uses the cat/small-animal linked base even when a dog also receives Overnight care. A pet fee on the Overnight does not cover a separate daytime Service.
Can a Dog Walk be added when I also have cats or other pets?Services
Link to this answerYes. A mixed-species household may use an Overnight-linked Dog Walk when at least one dog receives the walk. Only dogs are walk recipients. Substantive care for a cat or another pet is planned as its own appropriate care component rather than hidden inside a walk pet fee.
Can transportation be combined with another service?Services
Link to this answerYes, when the transportation leg is directly and continuously connected to another scheduled household Service in a way that avoids a separate household trip. Same date or same vacation alone is not enough. The connected one-way rate is $30; transportation remains personalized review and is not automatically calculated in the public estimator.
What are the Overnight-linked Continuous Care rates?Pricing
Link to this answerFor the same household in direct connection with a corresponding Standard Overnight period, household-based Continuous Care is 3 hours $80, 4 hours $110, 5 hours $135, 6 hours $155, 7 hours $175, and an 8-hour Extended Day $190. Ordinary per-pet modifiers do not apply automatically. Travel, holiday, and supported short-notice or same-day treatment remain separate. These are not account-wide discounts or unlimited packages.
What is Continuous Care?Services
Link to this answerContinuous Care is a dedicated consecutive block at your residence. The sitter generally remains for the block and leaves only for an emergency or a departure specifically discussed and approved. Rates are household-based and bundle routine care: 3 hours $90, 4 hours $120, 5 hours $145, 6 hours $165, 7 hours $185, and an 8-hour Extended Day $200. It is not boarding, daycare, veterinary monitoring, or a second-by-second guarantee.
Do you offer true 24-hour care?Services
Link to this answerLimited 24-Hour Continuous Care may be available by request and starts at $300 per 24-hour period. No Standard Overnight add-on discount applies, and it is not mechanically stacked with Standard Overnight for the same care period. It is household-based, includes ordinary routine care and resting time, and is not $30 multiplied by 24. Capacity, safety, timing, travel, and scope require individualized review; a request or payment does not guarantee acceptance.
Should I choose scheduled visits or Continuous Care?Services
Link to this answerScheduled visits are usually the more affordable fit when every pet can safely and comfortably remain alone between care periods. Continuous Care is considered when the disclosed routine and maximum alone-time limits require a dedicated consecutive block; it is a care-fit decision, not an automatic upsell.
Are visit times exact?Scheduling
Link to this answerRoutine daytime arrivals use preferred windows of 9 AM–12 PM, 12–3 PM, 3–6 PM, or 6–9 PM rather than exact-minute guarantees. A flexible window is used only when its latest possible arrival stays within every pet’s maximum safe and comfortable time alone. When it does not, Lauren may need to confirm a narrower target, recommend a different service or frequency, or decline when capacity cannot protect welfare. Exact timing applies only when specifically confirmed.
Does an online estimate guarantee my price or dates?Pricing
Link to this answerNo. It is a planning tool. Final pricing, timing, care fit, and availability require Lauren’s review and approval.
Can you give medication?Health
Link to this answerMedication requests require written instructions and individual scope, timing, handling, safety, and suitability review. The site does not promise a particular administration method while the governing training and service-scope reference is awaiting approval.
How are small animals priced?Small animals
Link to this answerRoutine small-animal care, where appropriate and within approved service scope, starts at $28 for 30 minutes and $45 for 60 minutes. An additional small animal is +$5 where appropriate and when the complete routine fits the booked duration. Birds, reptiles, fish, exotics, unfamiliar species, and specialized husbandry require personalized review. Aquariums, colonies, flocks, and communal enclosures are reviewed by actual husbandry workload rather than a flat per-animal or per-tank promise.
Do you care for puppies or senior pets?Pets
Link to this answerPuppies, senior pets, anxious pets, and pets with medical or disability-related needs are considered individually. Some puppies, seniors, and other pets need shorter daytime intervals. There is no automatic surcharge for age or those traits; pricing follows the actual service, frequency, duration, and structure needed to protect the pet’s maximum safe and comfortable time alone. Intensive needs may require more frequent visits, a narrower confirmed schedule, a longer or custom plan, personalized review, or referral when they fall outside safe service scope.
What are the walking safety rules?Safety
Link to this answerDogs need secure, properly fitting equipment and remain leashed. Outdoor activity may be shortened, changed, or stopped when temperature, pavement, smoke, storms, air quality, or other conditions make the planned activity unsafe.
How are emergencies handled?Safety
Link to this answerLauren follows the current client profile and signed agreement, attempts to reach the client or authorized contact, and may seek veterinary help when care should not reasonably be delayed.
Can pet-care technology replace in-person visits?Safety
Link to this answerAutomatic feeders, water fountains, self-cleaning litter boxes, approved cameras, smart doors, and other routine household technology may support an approved care plan, but they do not automatically replace appropriate in-person welfare checks. Keep a practical backup plan in secure Precise Petcare records for device, power, or network failure. Cuddle Crew Pet Care does not connect to or remotely monitor client devices, and this is not veterinary monitoring.
How is home access handled?Privacy
Link to this answerKeys, codes, and household instructions are confidential and used only for approved care. Put them in the secure client portal and review backup access at the meet-and-greet.
Do you offer Scheduled Pet Transportation?Services
Link to this answerScheduled Pet Transportation is available by request: $35 standalone one-way, $30 one-way when directly linked to another scheduled household service, or $60 for one ordinary local same-day drop-off and pickup for the same pet or household and destination. Ordinary local pickup and handoff, safe loading and unloading, local driving, supervision, and an ordinary receiving-facility handoff are included. Destinations may include a vet, daycare, groomer, boarding provider, trainer, or another approved pet-care destination. Every request requires review of availability, route, fit, behavior and comfort, restraint, destination, insurance scope, and the confirmed plan.
Are travel, waiting, or pet fees added to transportation?Pricing
Link to this answerThe normal service-area fee is not stacked on the same transport leg, and ordinary mileage/fuel, handoff, and additional-pet fees are not added automatically. Brief ordinary waiting is included. Substantial appointment attendance or long waiting, materially extended pickup or destination distance, distant or multi-stop routes, unusual vehicle or handling needs, or material schedule disruption may require additional service time or a personalized quote disclosed before confirmation. No automatic transport holiday or short-notice modifier applies. Scheduled rates do not automatically apply to emergency transportation during active care.
Which requests need extra review?Services
Link to this answerContinuous Care, 24-Hour Continuous Care, Scheduled Pet Transportation, medication or procedures, exact-time care, unusual species, complex handling, and large or intensive households require personalized review. Continuous Care and Scheduled Pet Transportation are approved conditional services, not automatic bookings. A higher price never overrides safety, legal, insurance, or service-scope limits.
What about pet photos?Privacy
Link to this answerAll client pet photos shown on this site are shared with written permission from the client or pet owner. That permission does not extend to client identities, private household details, medical information, testimonials, addresses, or other client records. Any future client media still requires the applicable permission and approved consent record.
