Walks or handling may be modified or stopped when equipment cannot be applied safely or behavior creates risk. Lauren does not use punishment or attempt unapproved training.

Lauren will create distance, address immediate safety, document the incident, and contact the client. Future service may require a revised safety plan or may not be accepted. Detailed bite-response policy requires owner review.

Access
Store codes and detailed instructions only in Precise Petcare. Exact access authority remains subject to the applicable approved agreement.
Privacy
Do not place private travel, access, medical, or incident details in public tools. Camera and media terms require the applicable approved agreement.
Shared care
Disclose third-party access and shared care before service so responsibilities can be reviewed.
What needs a conversation
Medication or procedures, behavior and handling concerns, escape risk, transportation, multiple habitats, exact-time needs, unusual species, and routines that may exceed the selected duration require personalized review. The site does not use a higher fee to override safety or scope limits.
