These tiers apply to typical one-way travel for daytime arrivals under ordinary conditions. Overnight Care outside the Standard zone and other capacity services require individualized review rather than an automatic daytime travel fee.

Service-area eligibility and a calculable travel fee do not guarantee route feasibility, capacity, an exact arrival time, exact-date availability, or acceptance. Temporary traffic does not ordinarily redefine an established travel tier, and a ZIP alone cannot assign one.

Service-area travel and pet transportation are different.
A normal service-area fee addresses Lauren reaching the Client’s service location. A Scheduled Pet Transportation rate addresses moving the pet and already includes ordinary local travel between pickup and destination. The two are not stacked for the same transport leg. Materially distant, extended, multi-stop, unusual, or schedule-disruptive transport requires personalized review and a price disclosed before confirmation.
