How it works

From exploring to confirmed care.

No website step auto-books service or holds dates.

  1. Learn about services and check fit

Compare care options, approved public rates, and the general service area. This helps you get oriented. It does not reserve care.

  2. Use planning tools if helpful

The estimator, care planner, and service-area check are optional tools for understanding likely care and pricing.

  3. Create your secure Precise Petcare profile

Complete the relevant household, pet, care, emergency, and access information, then submit the applicable service request through the approved workflow.

  4. Meet before first care

A complimentary initial Meet & Greet is generally expected unless Lauren personally approves a rare exception.

  5. Lauren performs a personalized review

She reviews route, schedule, routine, animal welfare, safety, approved scope, and real capacity without exposing private internal criteria.

  6. Receive confirmation in Precise Petcare

Only an approved Precise Petcare quote and confirmed booking establish the service, schedule, care plan, and final price.

Confirmation boundary

An estimate, service-area result, registration, Meet & Greet, invoice, or payment does not guarantee acceptance. Final client-specific profiles, care instructions, access information, bookings, schedules, and approved service plans remain in Precise Petcare.

You don’t have to know every question

Lauren will help cover the important details.

Part of onboarding is making sure you and Lauren talk through the routine, safety, home access, emergency information, equipment, and anything unique to your pets before care is confirmed. Bring the questions you already have, and Lauren will guide the rest of the conversation.

Professional trust

Verify the facts before sharing private details.

Cuddle Crew Pet Care is a PSI member, carries active professional insurance and bonding, and participates in ongoing education. Coverage is subject to the issued policy or bond, including applicable terms, limits, conditions and exclusions. PetSaver training is clearly marked in progress, and no completed background-check claim is published yet.

Client communication

What updates can I expect?

Cuddle Crew Pet Care uses Precise Petcare to keep confirmed care organized. Depending on the service and confirmed care plan, clients may receive Pet Care Journals with visit notes and photos, review scheduled services and notifications, and use their client account for service-related communication.

The exact update details can vary by service and care plan. A specific photo count, journal field, or arrival notification is not promised unless it is part of your confirmed arrangement.

Before first care

Prepare the routine and its backup.

Keep these details current in secure Precise Petcare records, then confirm them at the Meet & Greet:

  • Current care and medication instructions, plus emergency and veterinary contacts.
  • Enough food, medication, litter, enclosure supplies, and working care equipment, with clear locations.
  • A tested primary access method and an approved backup access plan where applicable.
  • A safe backup for routine feeders, fountains, self-cleaning litter boxes, smart access devices, or other equipment if the device, power, or network fails.

This readiness check does not replace the signed agreements or the confirmed care plan.
